Return Policy


We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 5 days of arrival.


How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate and ship a return for eligible items.
  • Returns requested or shipped after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
2. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

4.  Human hair wigs are not eligible for return if it's in a condition notably different from when it was shipped. You may not return an item if the lace has been cut, the hairnet has been damaged, there is evidence of washing or bleaching, or if any alterations have been made to the product's length, color, shape, or material.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team or visit our website to initiate the return process. To start a return, you can contact us at bodyconessentials@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1815 W. Adams Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90018.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Process:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 


Important Notice

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the BODYCON ESSENTIALS Site or the App by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

Refunds

1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive your return package and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your BODYCON ESSENTIALS Wallet, as per your request, for BODYCON ESSENTIALS products, and to the original payment method, for Third-Party Sellers’ products. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bodyconessentials@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.
