Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 5 days of arrival.
How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

30-Day Return Period:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate and ship a return for eligible items.
- Returns requested or shipped after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
Non-Returnable Items
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
3. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. Human hair wigs are not eligible for return if it's in a condition notably different from when it was shipped. You may not return an item if the lace has been cut, the hairnet has been damaged, there is evidence of washing or bleaching, or if any alterations have been made to the product's length, color, shape, or material.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order details and reason for the return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. - Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process:

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
